Gingerbread Cookie Protein Shake

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2–1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla PRO7EIN Synthesis protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger or use 1/2 teaspoon for a spicier shake
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: crushed gingersnap cookie (naughty), fat-free whipped cream (nice), sprinkle

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until thick and smooth. Garnish with toppings, if desired. Enjoy!
