Yummy Tuna Avocado Salad

Are you dealing with cooking burnout? Have you cooked the same thing over and over and just can't do it again? Don't worry, here is a fast, fresh and quick simple salad you can whip up for lunch while working from home! 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 5 oz cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 Tbs chopped cilantro or Italian parsley
  • 1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until combined
  2. Serve over your favorite greens or in a lettuce/whole wheat wrap
