Power Yogurt Bowl

Do you need a light and refreshing snack to munch on while sitting poolside or at the park this summer? As we come out of social distancing and wanting to shed those "Quarantine pounds," here is a healthy option! It's so easy, light and fresh!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Vanilla Greek Yogurt (my fav is Light + Fit Vanilla)
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla isolate protein (like HydroPro)
  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Flaxseed

Directions

  1. Mix yogurt, protein, and flaxseed together!
  2. Place fruit in the bowl.
  3. Enjoy!
