Guilt-Free Chocolate Peppermint Pudding

  1. Make the pudding as instructed.
  2. Once all dissolved, add the protein powder and whisk again until dissolved.
  3. Divide up into 3 cups, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 3 hours.
  4. Top with sugar free whipped cream and enjoy cold!
