For a super tasty treat after your workout or for an incredible breakfast, whip up this gorgeous smoothie bowl and eat to your heart’s content. Don’t forget to lick the bowl!
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup dairy-free milk
- 1 Tbs chia seeds
- 1 scoop PRO7EIN Synthesis vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp blue spirulina
- Blend on high!
- Add a small amount of milk just to get the blades moving.
- Add a little more to the desired thick consistency you’d like.
- Coconut flakes
- Flax meal
- Cacao nibs
