SUGGESTED USE

MERK: Mix 1 scoop with 8–12 ounces of water 15–30 minutes prior to training.

POWER ATP: Take 1 serving (3 capsules) 30 minutes prior to workout. On non-training days, take 1 serving in the morning on an empty stomach.

PHOSPHATOR: Take five (5) capsules one hour before weight training. On non-training days, take five (5) capsules once per day. Do not exceed five (5) capsules per day.
